Absolutely! We encourage participants to bring along their friends and family members so that everyone can  enjoy this adventure together at the Aviv Experience retreat. While you’re immersing yourself in the training sessions, your loved ones can indulge in the luxurious amenities of the hotel and create unforgettable memories of their own. It’s the perfect opportunity for everyone to experience a fantastic vacation together and we would love to meet them outside the mats!

Are there any age requirements to attend the retreat or seminars?

We welcome participants of all experience levels, but attendees must be at least 13 years old to participate in the seminars.

What is the cancellation policy?

Due to the special nature of this event, the following cancellation policy applies:

May 16 – June 15, 2024: 50% cancellation fee
June 16 – July 15, 2024: 75% cancellation fee
On or after July 16, 2024: 100% cancellation fee, no refunds, including no-shows

Can I take photos and videos during the retreat?

You are very much encouraged to take personal photos and videos of yourself, family, and friends during the retreat!

However, please note that video recording is not permitted during seminar instruction. You will have ample opportunity to take photos with each other and the instructors after the classes.

Please remember to be respectful and refrain from including other guests or crew members in your photos or videos without their consent.
